Arrange a service visit

Provide the machine model, serial number, installation location, usage and last service date when requesting service. The appropriate maintenance interval depends on the model and working conditions.

If the machine produces unusual noise, vibration or unsafe operation, stop using it and contact the service team. Do not attempt unauthorised repairs to electrical components or safety guards.
